Hotel Wanbhar will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend storing valuables in a secure place or using in-room safes (if provided).
The hotel does not accept liability for any injury, accident, or health issue that may occur on the premises due to misuse of facilities, natural causes, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Use of Facilities
Guests are welcome to use the hotel facilities responsibly. The hotel reserves the right to restrict access or usage of specific areas during maintenance, private events, or for safety reasons. Children must be supervised at all times while using hotel amenities.
Force Majeure
Hotel Wanbhar is not liable for failure to perform any part of this agreement due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or interruptions to utility services.
